My name is Les and my #1 interest is firearms. I recently looked into custom camo for my personal firearms and was less than satisfied with the examples I had found. As a professional painter and Aircraft Mechanic, of some 15 years, I have painted most things that drive, fly or just sit there. My quality standards are extremely high and as such I am only satisfied with the best, so I sought out the best brand of weapon finishes available and started painting my own firearms. My fellow gun owners were impressed with the finished product and prompted me to offer this service.


ELMER HERTZ
My name is Elmer, I've been an avid firearms enthusiast and sportsman for many years. Twelve Years ago I was certified as an Aircraft Mechanic. I started customizing Harley Davidson motorcycles at about the same time and as a result, I have been painting cars, bikes and airplanes, for most of my professional life.
When I found a need to refinish my hunting rifles and bows, I searched for the best product out there to withstand the constant use and abuse that my equipment has to endure.
Maybe you travel the country in search of your elusive prey, or are involved in the defensive arts. Either way, if you are as unforgiving to firearms, blades, bows and gear as we are and are in the market for a new look to refresh your old reliable...just let us know, we'd be happy to help.


After many hours of research, we chose DuraCoat, an epoxy coating that will bond to all metals, synthetics and woods. Rubber is about the only thing that we don’t recommend coating, as it flexes too much. Several colors are available and there are many more that we can order to suit your needs. You can contact us to get specifics on colors or see attached photos for examples of the basic colors we use. On the topic of pricing, we have found with other refinishers that you are likely to pay the same price and only the metal parts (i.e. actions, barrels, etc.) are coated.
